PSMA THON Involvement

THONvelopes
Last year, majority of our total came form checks and online donations. THONvelopes are a super easy and successful way to ask for donations. Not only will you receive tons of dancer points for sending these out, but you will also receive 1 philanthropy point for every 10 THONvelopes that you send! All you need to do is:

1) Collect Addresses: send THONvelopes to family, friends... even your dentist! Thanksgiving break is the perfect time to get contact information for simply collect donations.

2) Pick Up Your THONvelopes: Fill out the Google document below with how many you expect to send. That way I can organize them for you to pick up at the GBM Wednesday!

THONvelope Distribution Google Document

3) Personalize and Print: Download the following document and personalize the salutation with the name of the person you are sending it to. You can either type and print them individually or leave it blank and write each one after you print. Another fun tip is the more personal your THONvelope is, the better your chances are at receiving a donation back!

PSMA THONvelope Letter

4) Decorate & Send! Feel free to get creative and decorate the white envelopes to grab the attention of your potential donor.

If you bring back your prepared THONvelopes by December 2nd, THON will send our first 275 THONvelopes for free! That means you will not have to pay for stamps! #WIN for poor college students!! If you do not return them to me by this date, you will be responsible for the postage and sending of your THONvelopes. (I will make myself available in the Business Building or HUB when we return from break to recollect any THONvelopes you'd like to send out for free).

Taking your THONvelopes home over break? Then no need to stamp them; you can even hand them out at Thanksgiving dinner!
